CABIN FEATURES
It will be manufactured from 3 mm St 37 (S235) sheet.
There will be maintenance covers on the cabin. There is a discharge valve under the cabinet.
It will be coated with epoxy Admiral paint. Paint color and Ral code will be determined by the customer.
Flex-Glass will be used on the cabin side claws so that it can be controlled during operation.
By using four-way natural rubber on the inlet and outlet claws, boron-oil stripping will be done at the inlet and protective oil stripping at the outlet. Rubber scrapers will vary according to pipe and profile diameter and will be adjusted.
Micron-sieve will be used under the cabinet, so that foreign materials will be prevented from entering the pump during oil circulation.
There will be a pan on the floor of the cabinet and oil leaks will be prevented from flowing onto the concrete floor.
SPRAY NOZZLE
Special nozzles produced suitable for pulverizer lubrication will be used. There will be three nozzles with 120 degree angles in the system. At the same time, the angular pulverizer will have the possibility of angular adjustment.
OILING PUMP
1,1KW 600lt/h heavy series lubrication pump with a capacity of 10 lt / min (600 l - Hour) will be used.
